1. Standing for long periods with occasional short walking distances.
2. Frequent handling of cash (both paper and coins) and operating equipment such as cash registers, lottery machines, scanners, computers, and calculators.
3. Continuously lifting products weighing up to 15 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
4. Occasionally pushing or pulling up to 75 lbs.
5. Frequently reaching and grasping at waist level, occasionally above shoulder or below waist level.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and offering quick and courteous assistance.
• Accurately process transactions at the cash register, handling cash, checks, electronic payments, and cards.
• Ensure correct pricing by checking for any discrepancies or errors in prices and reporting them.
• Handle various financial transactions such as refunds, gift cards, vouchers, and Western Union.
• Adhere to security policies by reporting any unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain a neat personal appearance and follow the company’s dress code policy.
• Follow health and safety procedures by keeping the work area free of hazards.
• Assist in managing store supplies such as bags and cleaning materials, ensuring their reasonable use.
• Manage cash registers and ensure the protection of assets while working.
