Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development and acceleration of the US Business Unit strategy, focusing on future product categories in retail. You will bring our Future-Fit retail strategy to life by:

Defining a clear sales strategy and roadmap.

Fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and retail partners.

Ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders to drive transformation and expand snacking categories and sales channels.


Roles and Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive within the Sales Transformation Team, you will play a leadership role in shaping our sales transformation strategy and identifying growth opportunities that align with our Vision 2030. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying short- and medium-term opportunities to enhance market penetration and sales effectiveness.

Developing strategies to optimize retail execution across multiple channels, including food, retail stores, and emerging growth markets.

Collaborating with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), store strategy teams, and PPA to develop business cases for internal innovation and external partnerships.

Building a retail execution strategy in partnership with the Retail Execution team to support key transformation initiatives.

Creating a multi-year expansion plan that includes new product categories, market entry strategies, customer segmentation, and sales incentives.

Strengthening partnerships between projects and the Mondelēz sales organization to leverage scale and expand customer reach.

Working closely with Customer Service and Logistics teams to implement the best route-to-market strategies for retail execution.



What You Bring to the Role

8+ years of experience in sales, planning, and/or a retail leadership role. Diverse industry experience is a plus.
Strong expertise in retail sales, category management, and business operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $136,200 – $238,350 (based on experience, skills, education, and budget).
Bonus & Incentives: Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program and long-term incentive plan.

Note: No transportation support is available for this position.
